FRESNO, CA - As the push to get more people to vote is apparent in local and national TV ads and national talk-shows, locally Valley Black Talk Media Group (VBTMG) has taken it upon itself to inform voters, new voters and the general audience very detailed information on measures, propositions, and the state elected position on the November 6, 2018 ballot.
