FRESNO, CA--It is no surprise that metro Central Valley cities are fairing as among the most dangerous to human health when it comes to breathing air.

This is a direct appeal to Governor Newsom, Assemblymember Lorena Gonzalez and our entire state legislature, on behalf of the more than 20 Black newspapers.

Some labor and business leaders – as well as residents of different communities around the state - are pushing back against green energy policies.
